What to email us about
- A calculation looks wrong — please include your inputs (band/salary, country, pension %, student loan plan) and the figure that looks off. The more specific, the faster we can verify or fix.
- A data source needs updating — e.g. a new HMRC threshold, a Scottish Budget change, an updated pension tier table.
- Partnership or sponsorship enquiries — please briefly describe your product or service and the audience you're trying to reach.
- Press or media enquiries — happy to provide a brief on UK take-home pay statistics, salary thresholds, or pay-rise impact.
- Privacy or data-access requests — you can also raise these via the address in our privacy policy.
- Feature suggestions — we read every suggestion. We can't promise to build all of them, but the calculator has grown substantially from user feedback.
What we don't do
- Financial advice. We're a software tool, not regulated advisers. If you have a specific tax or pension question that affects a real decision, please consult an accountant or an FCA-regulated adviser.
- HMRC tax disputes. If your employer has put you on the wrong tax code, contact HMRC directly on 0300 200 3300 (UK) or via your Personal Tax Account.
- Pension administration. For NHS Pension queries contact NHSBSA Member Hub. For workplace pensions, contact your scheme administrator.
About the Site Owner
Your Take Home is operated by an independent UK-based developer working from England. The site is registered to the same operator who runs nhstakehome.co.uk and the wider take-home calculator family.

Operating Hours
The website is available 24/7. Email responses are handled during UK business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 GMT/BST). Weekend and bank-holiday emails are picked up on the next working day.
